I love this dress - the broad shoulders, deep v-neck, and high belted waist remind me of a mother in California, during war time, strapping her child to bed before going out at night.
Something tells me that these records could tell you the secrets of the universe if you played them backwards.
Balloon art is one of my favorite folk arts -I believe that it doesn't get respect from museums and galleries due to the intrinsic fragility of the materials. This top could protect you from being hugged too tight by phonies at parties.
